Andrea Belshaw

Andrea qualified as a solicitor in 1983 and is a former partner of Belshaws Solicitors before its merger with Clifford Johnston & Co in 2020.

Andrea has specialised in conveyancing for the last 15 years and splits her time between conveyancing and probate.  Andrea can deal with freehold and leasehold sale and purchases.

She specialises in writing wills, estate planning and obtaining probate. She also advises on contesting wills and making claims against estates including those under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. She is qualified under the STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) Certificate in Wills and Estate Administration.

Andrea advises on both simple and complex Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship Order applications to the Court of Protection and conducts Probate work efficiently and sensitively.

In addition, Andrea is an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor who deals with both house and flat sales and purchases, mortgages and re-mortgages, transfers of equity and assents.
