As a Solicitor Advocate Estelle is able to represent clients charged with a variety of offences from murder to common assault.

Regularly representing clients for trial, Estelle is thorough in her preparation, undertaking precise case analysis which enables her to ensure a professional and robust approach to the Criminal Defence Work that she undertakes. She has secured acquittals on cases including S.18 Wounding, Robbery, Possession with Intent to Supply Drugs and many more besides.

Estelle prides herself on ensuring that clients understand each stage of the process. In particular, she is able to deal with vulnerable clients, veterans, youths and those with mental health problems in a manner that ensures that they understand the case against them and are treated with compassion and respect. Her excellent client care and passionate approach to litigation is regularly recommended by her past and present clients.

Estelle boasts a large and varied caseload of complex and serious cases including Murder, Firearms, Conspiracy to Supply Drugs and Sexual offences. In addition, Estelle also appears in the Magistrates’ Courts daily, representing clients from all walks of life in a variety of matters ranging from simple Theft, Criminal Damage, Public order offences to the more serious allegations. Despite her very busy Court schedule, Estelle still finds time to represent client’s detained for a vast array of offences at the police station.

Dealing with the most serious and widely publicised cases, means that Estelle is more than familiar with all types of investigations that assist a client’s case. This includes Forensic accounting, cell site analysis, mobile telephone evidence, forensic analysis, computer analysis, and ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition). This professional, pro-active approach means that Estelle will leave no stone unturned in representing her client’s best interests from the start of the case to its conclusion.
